The community edition includes all features of the Full edition, but is restricted to 4 Dimensions, 1 Fact and 20 Batch tasks per day. Enough to build a small Data Warehouse. For example, Create a Sales data warehouse, and slice your data by Customer, Product, Date and Region. The download includes an Example and Tutorial to get started.
Getting Started
We suggest you start with the Example Data Warehouse distributed with your download. Instuctions for the example can be found here.
After you have familiarised yourself with the example, we suggest you do the short tutorial here.
Trial Edition
If you want to access the trial edition then after you have installed DW Architect, and DW Architect Management Console, please use the register form in each application to get your trial keys. In the mean time you will be able to use the application in ‘Community’ mode. This allows you to Design, Generate, Deploy and Execute a small data warehouse.
